- Once a student successfully completes the payment for our official AI Video Production Course, they will be enrolled and granted access to sessions and course materials.
- A refund claim can be made within 24 hours of the successful payment.
- Only 50% of the total course fee will be refunded in such cases.
- To initiate the refund process, the student must send an official email to contact@kanavukadha.com within the 24-hour window.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
